The Story Begins

When we first met the Founder and visionary behind Bellona Head Spa, it was clear she wasn’t just building a spa, she was building a brand with the potential to grow, scale, and someday franchise. To make that possible, she needed a solid foundation: a brand identity rooted in purpose, aligned with her long-term goals, and strong enough to expand beyond one location.

The Backstory

Brinley had already built a thriving business in the aesthetics industry, but as she prepared for expansion, it became clear that her next step wasn’t just a new logo or website, it was a brand system built for longevity. Through strategic discovery calls and deep conversations about her mission, her audience, and her future, we identified what made Bellona truly distinct: an experience that blends ancient inspiration with modern serenity.

Together, we defined her vision statement, mission statement, positioning, and core values; clarifying who Bellona is, why it exists, and where it’s going.

Our Approach

With that foundation in place, we turned to the visual identity. Drawing inspiration from Brinley’s love of Roman art and architecture, we designed a brand that feels timeless and regal. The logo features refined details inspired by ancient pillars and classical motifs, balanced by a modern mirror element that nods to beauty and self-reflection; a clever link between Bellona’s namesake (the Roman goddess of war) and today’s concept of empowerment through self-care.

The color palette leans into rich emerald greens, warm golds, and soft neutrals; a palette that feels both luxurious and grounded. Paired with elegant typography, the result is a brand identity that communicates calm confidence, sophistication, and trust.

Once the brand was complete, we carried that identity into a full-scale, custom Webflow website. This wasn’t just a pretty interface, it was designed with intention at every turn. The layout, copy, and flow were built for conversion and scalability, guiding users through an immersive, sensory experience that mirrors what they’ll feel in person at the spa.

From the tranquil visuals and soft ASMR-inspired video design to the carefully chosen language and strategic CTAs, every element was crafted to make visitors slow down, breathe, and book.

We also collaborated on professional photo and video shoots to capture the brand’s essence in real life; serene, elegant, and elevated. The result is a seamless digital experience that engages every sense while driving measurable results.

Bellona Head Spa now stands as a cohesive, scalable brand with a clear identity, an immersive website, and a marketing foundation designed for growth. The new site integrates service listings, blogs, lead capture tools, and booking functionality; all optimized to increase visibility and conversions while strengthening client relationships.

With a consistent brand presence across every platform and a story that resonates deeply with her audience, Brinley is now positioned to expand confidently, knowing her foundation is built to last.
